Orders & Payments
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please ensure that all information provided is correct as we will not accept responsibility for any mistakes. The address entered will be the address the package is sent to.
We accept all major debit/credit cards.
Delivery
AvaBelle Aromas currently uses Royal Mail 48 hour tracked as well as local delivery (within 3-5 working days) and customer collection.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of this. For customer collection you will be informed of a date and time to collect your order. If you do not receive your parcel in the specified time, please contact as us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve.
Returns
We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee. This means if you receive an item you are not satisfied with you have 14 days to return it to us for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with no signs of use otherwise a refund will not be given.
Please let us know to expect your return and the reason why at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your email within 1-2 working days.
Return charges are covered by the customer.
If you miss the 14 day return period and still wish to return your item, you may be granted a partial refund.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you have been sent the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to inform us of this. We may ask you to return the item so we can assess and if deemed incorrect we may offer a refund or exchange the item.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to inform us of this. Please send your order number, contact details and supporting images to [email protected]. We will discuss options at the time of contact. If your parcel arrives extremely damaged, we recommend not accepting it from the courier.
Non-refundable Items
We will not refund any items that show signs of use. Shipping charges are also non-refundable.
